UJOLS (Uzbek Journal of Legal Studies) va TDYU Xususiy huquq fakulteti hamkorlikda iqtidorli talabalar uchun grant e`lon qiladi (“UJOLS Granti”).*
Grant shartlari:
– Nominatsiyada ishtirokchi talabalar WWW.UJOLS.ORG saytidigi “Uzbekistan Law Blog” sahifasida faol o’z hissasini qo’shuvchi bo`lishi, ya’ni saytda bir o’quv yili davomida blog post materiallari joylashtirib borishi lozim;
– 2020 yil Oktyabr oyidan boshlab 2021 yil Iyul oyiga qadar O’zbekistondagi qonunchiligidagi yangiliklar tahlili, sud qarorlarini tahlil qilish, ma`muriy amaliyot tahlili kabi mavzular bo`yicha 2 tilda (ingliz hamda rus yoki o`zbek tillarida) o`z izlanishlari natijalarini (1000-1500 ta so`zdan iborat) tahliliy maqolalar ko`rinishida WWW.UJOLS.ORG saytidagi “Uzbekistan Law Blog” chop etishda faol bo`lishlari lozim.
Tanlov g’oliblariga mukofotlar: **
-1-o`rinni egallagan talaba uchun 1 yillik o`quv shartnomasi summasi (stipendiyasiz bazaviy kontrakt summasi) to`liq qoplab beriladi yoki shu summa miqdorida pul mukofoti beriladi;
-2-o`rin sohibiga esa yarim yillik o`quv shartnomasi summasi to`lanadi.
3- o`rin sohibiga 1 yillik o`quv shartnomasi summasining uchdan biri to`lab beriladi.
4- va 5-o`rin sovrindorlari esa Oksford, Kembrij kabi nashriyotlarga tegishli qimmatli kitoblar bilan taqdirlanadilar.
Blog postni topshirish usuli:
WWW.UJOLS.ORG saytidagi “Uzbekistan Law Blog” 2020 yil Noyabr oyidan ishga tushadi. Talabalar sayt orqali blog postlarini 2 tilda topshiradilar. Topshirilgan har bir blog post tahrir hayatining ko’rigidan o’tgandan keyingina saytga joylashtiriladi. Diqqat qiling, xató va kamchiliklarga ega blog postlar yana mualliflarga qaytarilib, qo’shimcha o’zgartirishlar kiritish talab qilinishi mumkin.
Saralash jarayoni:
Talabalarni sararlash bosqichi ikki bosqichdan iborat bo`lib 1-bosqichi Xususiy huquq fakultetining ekspertlar guruhi tomonidan, 2-bosqichi esa saralangan talabalar ichidan eng munosiblarini tanlab olish yo`li bilan UJOLS tahririyati tomonidan amalga oshiriladi.
Tanlov haqida batafsil ma`lumot uchun Xususiy huquq dekanatiga murojaat etishingiz mumkin.
*Tanlovda TDYU ning barcha talabalari ishtirok etishlari mumkin.
**Shartnoma summasi deganda 2020-2021 yillaridagi o’quv yili uchun tasdiqlangan stipendiyasiz bazaviy kontrakt summasi nazarda tutiladi. 4-kurs talabalariga esa grant summasi miqdorida bir martalik pul mukofoti beriladi.

UJOLS (Uzbek Journal of Legal Studies) совместно с факультетом Частного права ТГЮУ объявляет о гранте для одаренных студентов (“UJOLS Grant”). *
Условия получения гранта:
– студенты, участвующие в номинации, должны быть активными участниками на сайте WWW.UJOLS.ORG, т.е. размещать материалы в блоге “Uzbekistan Law Blog” в течение одного учебного года.
– с Октября 2020 года по Июль 2021 год необходимо активно публиковать результаты своих исследований на двух языках (английском и русском или узбекском языках) в форме аналитических статей (1000-1500 слов) по таким темам, как анализ основных изменений в законодательстве Республики Узбекистан, анализ судебных решений, анализ административной практики.
Награды победителям конкурса: **
– Студенту, занявшему 1-е место, будет полностью возмещена сумма годового контракта на обучение (сумма основного контракта без стипендии) или будет вручен денежный приз в размере этой суммы;
– Студенту, занявшему 2-е место будет выплачена сумма полугодового контракта на обучение;
– Студенту, занявшему 3-е место будет выплачена треть от суммы годичного контракта на обучение;
– Занявшие 4-е и 5-е места будут награждены ценными книгами от таких издательств, как Oxford и Cambridge.
Способы размещения сообщения в блоге:
На сайте WWW.UJOLS.ORG «Uzbekistan Law Blog» откроется в ноябре 2020 года. Студенты публикуют сообщения в блогах на 2 языках через сайт. Каждый отправленный пост в блоге будет размещен на сайте только после рассмотрения редакционной коллегией. Обратите внимание, что сообщения в блогах с ошибками и упущениями могут быть возвращены авторам, и могут потребоваться дополнительные правки.
Процесс отбора:
Отборочный этап состоит из двух этапов, первый этап проводится группой экспертов факультета Частного права, а второй этап проводится редакционной коллегией UJOLS путем отбора из числа студентов, выполнивших требования конкурса.

**Под суммой контракта подразумевается сумма базового контракта без утвержденной стипендии на 2020-2021 учебный год. Студенты 4-курса получaт одноразовое денежное вознаграждение равное сумме гранта.

UJOLS (Uzbek Journal of Legal Studies) together with the Faculty of Private Law of TSUL announces a grant for gifted students (“UJOLS Scholarship”).*
Conditions for obtaining a grant:
– students participating in the nomination must be active participants on the WWW.UJOLS.ORG website, i.e. post materials in the “Uzbekistan Law Blog” blog during one academic year.
– from October 2020 to July 2021, it is necessary to actively publish the results of your research in two languages (English and Russian or Uzbek) in the form of analytical articles (1000-1500 words) on topics such as analysis of major changes in the legislation of Uzbekistan, analysis of judicial decisions, analysis of administrative practice.
Awards for the winners of the competition: **
– The student who took 1st place will be fully reimbursed the amount of the annual study contract (the amount of the main contract without a student scholarship) or will be awarded a cash prize in the amount of this amount;
– The student who took the 2nd place will be paid the amount of the half-year contract for training;
– The student who took 3rd place will be paid a third of the amount of the one-year study contract;
– 4th and 5th place finishers will be awarded valuable books from publishers such as Oxford and Cambridge.
Ways to post blog posts:
On the website WWW.UJOLS.ORG, the “Uzbekistan Law Blog” will open in November 2020. Students publish blog posts in 2 languages through the site. Each submitted blog post will be posted on the site only after review by the editorial board. Please note that blog posts with errors and omissions may be returned to the authors and may require additional revisions.
Selection process:
The selection stage consists of two stages, the first stage is conducted by a group of experts from the Faculty of Private Law, and the second stage is conducted by the editorial board of UJOLS by selection from among the students who have fulfilled the requirements of the competition.
